Confine small emergencies in a facility – PUAFER008 Nationally Recognised Training (Accredited)

This nationally accredited Confine small emergencies in a facility training course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to use fire extinguishers, fire hose reels and fire blankets on small workplace emergencies.  (There are no pre-requisites for this training.  Training is delivered face to face.) Participants must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) when attending Accredited Training. (Please refer to www.USI.gov.au) for more information or contact FIREtrain office.

Fire-extinguisher training

Site Requirements

This course is principally designed for delivery at the clients’ premises for maximum group size of 12 persons.

To conduct theory presentation we require a boardroom/classroom with facility to darken room for computer projection or Smart TV/HDMI connection.  To conduct practical extinguisher use we require an outdoor area no less than ten metres radius free from flammable materials and with water supply available.

Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.
